Dr. Vladislav Bukhman is a co-founder, responsible for technology development. Vladislav has an extensive background in advanced mathematics and biological signal processing and has developed novel medical technologies, including the unique method utilized by NeuroChaos. Vladislav has founded four companies and has made scientific discoveries and developed medical products for BioSignal Consulting, Monebo Technologies and NeuroChaos Solutions. He earned his PhD in Mathematics from the Central Navy Research and Development Institute in the former Soviet Union. He is the author of five US and worldwide granted patents and is an expert in Algebraic Topology, Nonlinear Dynamics and Chaos Theory.
