DONALD COOPER

Don was most recently the CEO/President of Facilities Technology Group, an Austin based “cloud” company delivering solutions to the healthcare industry. With over 40 years in high technology management covering both software, hardware and solutions businesses, he was the President of Lucent-Paradyne, and held senior executive positions at Texas Instruments, IBM, and Plantronics Inc. Don has also founded, advised and held board positions in many early stage companies. Over the past fifteen years he has founded or led the creation of greater than a billion dollars of new stockholder value. Don holds BSEE and MBA degrees from the Universities of Missouri and Houston respectively.
